Steve Astrup Joins Vogel Law Firm

Our firm, [nap_names id=”FIRM-NAME-1″], is pleased to announce the addition of Steve Astrup to our legal team. Steve is a North Dakota estate planning attorney at our firm’s Moorhead, Minnesota office where he concentrates his estate planning areas of focus on trust formation, business and farm succession planning, and guardianship and conservatorship law. We are thrilled to work alongside someone with such talent, determination, and knowledge in the field of law.

Steve enjoys educating individuals on estate planning, which is why he frequently presents seminars on estate planning and probate matters, long-term care planning, and guardianship and conservatorship law. Before joining [nap_names id=”FIRM-NAME-1″], Steve practiced at a boutique law firm in Fargo, North Dakota.

Prior to private practice, Steve served as a Certified Student Attorney in the Clay County Attorney’s Office in Moorhead, Minnesota and the Washington County Public Defender’s Office in Stillwater, Minnesota. He also served as a judicial extern to Judge Gary R. Schurrer of Washington County, Minnesota.

Steve earned his undergraduate degrees in Political Science and Business from Concordia College in Moorhead, Minnesota, before he went on to obtain his Juris Doctor from the University of St. Thomas School of Law.

Steve is an active member of the community and currently serves as a member of the Board of Directors for Arc West Central and Arc Minnesota (Interim) and Hospice of the Red River Valley. He is a firefighter for the Dilworth Fire Department and a member of the Planning Commission for the City of Dilworth.
