Make-A-Wish North Dakota® to Surprise Wish Child Dawson with His Own Customized Fish House
On Sunday, December 8th, 2024 Make-A-Wish® North Dakota volunteer wish granters, community partner Ultimate Transportation, and Adopt-A-Wish Sponsor Vogel Law Firm surprised 18-year-old Dawson VanSickle with his very own fish house! Dawson, an avid lover of fishing and all things outdoors, dreamed of having a fish house customized to fit his wants and needs where he could also host friends and family for hours on end. Ultimate Transportation will also be surprising Dawson by outfitting his fish house with a TV, ice fishing gear, and apparel that they had designed with a personalized “Dawson’s Fish House” logo. His family is excited for him to be presented with this fish house as it will be registered in his name and will be used as his safe space to navigate entering adulthood when he moves out of his parent’s home come fall.
