Michelle focuses her practice on employment-based and family-based immigration and leads Vogel’s Twin Cities office. She advises clients seeking temporary and permanent employment authorization. She represents a variety of clients, including multinational corporations, health care organizations, educational institutions, and individual foreign nationals. Michelle works closely with medical and research sector employers and employees. She joined Vogel after practicing with a boutique immigration firm in Minneapolis.

Matt is a business and real estate attorney in Vogel’s Fargo office. His practice focuses on real property transactions, business representation, corporate governance and secured financing. Matt advises clients relating to all aspects of their businesses, including formations, mergers and acquisitions, and contract review. Matt’s real estate practice includes purchase and sale transactions, commercial leasing, and advising commercial borrowers and lenders in connection with mortgaged-based financing. Matt graduated first in his class from Hamline University School of Law in St. Paul, Minnesota, where he was a Managing Editor of the Hamline Law Review, as well as the winner of a national championship in the Judge John R. Brown Admiralty Moot Court Competition.
